“ Not sure why my FIL loves this place, but I think because it is so easy and so close to elevators. No wait at the VIP line if you start early in the day. Went here twice for breakfast. Able to grab breakfast off the strip one morning and a Bobby Flay French breakfast at Caesars one morning. The food and service were pretty good. Split a brisket Benedict one morning with my hubby. Nice that they plated the Bennie's and potatoes on separate plates. The avocado toast topped with burrata and an arugula salad was delicious. So much avocado! My FIL wanted a breakfast plate without the meat, so he got two eggs scrambled, potatoes and two slices of toast cut in half. Each were priced separately. Two slices of toast for $8. Crazy!! The fruit plate was very fresh. Coffees and waters were refilled promptly. Orange juice was served in a Mason Jar. Note to others. Be respectful to the hard working waiters, especially when they are busy. The table next to us literally pitched a fit because there was too much ice in his iced tea and he sent his iced tea back. I guess he wasn't doing well at the Blackjack tables!!! ”
“ I froze my ass off on the patio!! Even with the heaters!! There, I got that off my chest.... I had some basic gambling recovery food: breakfast potatoes, awesome applewood smoked bacon and a below average, actually way below average, bagel. The bacon was really good, crispy, but not burnt. The breakfast potatoes were battered and deep fried. Tasted ok but if I was gonna eat something deep-fried, I'd just get french fries.... The bagel was a train wreck. Clearly from some frozen section of the supermarket, should've been called a hamburger bun with a hole in it. Great service!! Let them finish asking what kind of water you want before you say something or you'll end up with a $10 bottle of still water like I did in addition to a 7.50 ice tea.... ”
“ Convenient 24 hour cafe inside Caesars palace. Has a great selection of breakfast, lunch & dinner options. The staff is really friendly and food is good with generous portions. ”
“ We had a large party of 12 and I appreciate that they were able to accommodate us during the breakfast rush. I ordered an Espresso Martini and I really enjoyed it. Presentation and taste were chef's kiss. ”
“ Cafe Americano is open 24-hours! They were a lifesaver as we were starving and not much was open at 1am. ATMOSPHERE: Tucked away in a corner adjacent to the registration area of Caesars Palace, bar seating & low tops were constantly occupied even in the wee hours of the morning. Everything was very clean, especially the mirrors above the bench seats. LATE NIGHT MENU: A handful of breakfast, lunch & dinner items from their regular menu including bar-style apps, salads, burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwiches. BEVERAGE: Mille Prosecco Smooth and well-balanced flavors of sweet & tart. FOOD: Burrito This was the tastiest breakfast burrito I've consumed to date. The chorizo and bacon elevated the fluffy eggs and cheese to the next level. Bite-sized breakfast potatoes were crispy and seasoned well. It's a hearty, huge portion that I could not finish. Linguine Alfredo I added chicken which was a good-sized, grilled breast. Another tasty dish with al dente noodles and crunchy garlic bread. Caesar Salad Don't let my pic fool you as while it looked undressed, there was the perfect amount of creamy dressing in there. Very nice recipe. SERVICE: Host greeting was immediate. We had a short 5 minute wait for table seating (vs. no wait for the bar). Lisa D took excellent care of us. She was super friendly, happy and attentive, as were the others who constantly refilled our waters and delivered the food. It's a very memorable & relaxing experience when people enjoy their jobs. OVERALL: A late night gem! ”
“ I had a fantastic experience at Café Americano! Our server, Brian, was amazing--so personable and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure our water cups were always filled and that we were happy with our meal. The food was just as impressive. The California breakfast sandwich was phenomenal--the eggs were perfectly fluffy, and the thick, hearty bread held the eggs and ham together beautifully. I was hesitant to try the honey-glazed salmon bowl, but I'm so glad I did. It was delicious! While the sauce was a bit heavier than I prefer, Brian brought extra lettuce, and it balanced out perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I'd definitely return again! Yelp ya later! ”
“ It seems like hotels are getting away from cafe type restaurants so it was a real treat to be able to eat at Cafe Americano. Only waited in line ~20 minutes before we were seated which was nice because other breakfast spots had over one hour wait times. Although it was very busy, our servers were very attentive in checking with us and making sure our coffees and waters were refreshed. The two egg breakfast was a generous portion and hit the spot. The must have is the tree leches French toast. It was deep fried, golden sticks of brioche drizzled with caramel, whipped cream, and strawberries. It was not greasy or oily at all. I'm not a super huge sweets person but I ate the entire plate, it was some of the best French toast I've ever had. ”
“ We stayed at Caesar's Las last weekend. One night I just stopped at the bar to order Linguine to go with side of chicken. It was ready in 15 minutes and packed well. I took one bite of the pasta and it was delicious! My husband finished the rest of the pasta with half the bread and I ate the chicken with the other half of the bread. That chicken breast was moist and perfectly prepared! On the following day, we came in for lunch. We ordered... Tuna Tostada and Shrimp bowl for me. Everything was fresh and delicious! I typically don't like chicken breast but it's one thing that I can order at Cafe Americano and truly enjoy it. Bravo to the kitchen staff for making everything taste so great! I had a Margarita and my husband had a Martini. Both prepared very well. ”
